eBay UK and click & collect network CollectPlus are celebrating a ‘win-win’ partnership that is bringing extra business to both companies.

CollectPlus joint owner PayPoint and the e-commerce giant jointly won the “Best Domestic or International Delivery Options” award at MetaPack’s Delivery Excellence Awards 2019 at The Delivery Conference in London last week.

They gained the award for their click & collect initiative in early 2018 that saw the CollectPlus network opened up to eBay buyers and sellers in the UK. The marketplace’s customers can now pick up their purchase at more than 2,500 of the 7,200 CollectPlus stores across the UK, which include newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations.
