Hermes UK has officially announced the next phase of its ‘Digital Futures’ strategy called ‘Digital Futures+’ which will provide a range of new services including increased personalisation and improved returns processes.
Using smart technology with the aim to enable consumers to take greater control of how they send, receive and return parcels, Digital Futures+ is supported by a new app and website. However, the company is also introducing ways to access all its services by phone, for those without access to the internet or a printer, to ensure that there are no barriers to using them.
